The Best Things In Life

My son loves to draw. Floors, walls, on his Thomas the Tank Engine trains, his hands and toenails, the fireplace, his mouth, our dog and bunnies - it's all fair game for his self-expression via Crayola markers. One thing I have learned well is to not freak over losing control as a parent. FYI - you are always totally out of control. Pro tip - go with it. If it's not dangerous, don't trip.  The reward? Watching his expressions of concentration as he does his first card alters. Truly. Priceless.

      It's a fun family activity...I just let him use the old brushes that I need to replace anyway, and make sure to put plenty of scrap cardboard underneath to protect the table lol.
